About Conversations on Literature

Conversations on Literature is built on my belief that talking about literature is one of the most valuable tools in truly understanding it. Through discussion and verbalisation ideas take tangible shape, and the exchange of opinions taking place can facilitate a more inclusive view. Many posts are therefore built upon this foundation; reflecting on conversations I have had about various works, theories, and frameworks. The psychological aspects of literature (psychoanalytical theory as well as the effects literature may have on readers, for example) are foregrounded. It must be said that, though taking up a significant portion, the posts are not limited to the psychological, and include various other topics. If interested in further biographical information, as well as research interests, about me, definitely take a look at the About the Author page.
